I've been thinking back to the beginnings of blogging--we started at roughly the same time-- and you blogged the new baby (I blogged the Grandpa visit). I'm in awe at how babies are born and grow... fast. the 6-year time marker.. and what it represents is so momentous. Christopher's grasp of the situation is a wonder. The wisdom of detours is one that will last a long time.</p> <p>Agg. I'm having a hard time articulating the source of the wonder. Maybe it's the comparison of the time span that is fleeting for one over 40, but how Looming and Large and Significant it is for one as young as he.</p> <p>Congratulations to the three of you for your work on his speech.
