Yeah…I read it, and obviously there are truths to that report. It is ironic that Germany, for example, has a Female Chancellor, but also has a bullet proof glass ceiling for women. But for all the bashing about limited career opportunities for women, at least getting pregnant doesn’t spell the in of a woman’s job.
I, for one, love the liberal German example of maternity leave, and I am sure you and your wife have appreciated that social comfort as well.
America doesn’t really encourage or support the family oriented Mom, which is odd for a nation that talks a big game concerning family values.
