		<description>&lt;p&gt;I do need to get some of my own thoughts on this up.  I have spent lots of times in states where the average citizen (no political connections, not in law enforcement) has no chance of getting a license (NJ, NY, MA). Criminals have access. Obviously, there are places where additional restrictions would be in order, but there is some middle ground, but the gun lobby won&#039;t  accept even modest limits.&lt;/p&gt;
